Designed and implemented an automated lead capture and CRM pipeline for a dental clinic, integrating a conversion-focused WordPress landing page with Go High Level and n8n/Make workflows. The system captures inbound leads, triggers instant branded email/SMS responses, automates follow-up sequences, and enables self-service appointment booking with conflict prevention. This reduced manual front-desk workload, improved response speed, and created a scalable onboarding process that supports growth without additional staffing.
